"This House resolves that a judicial enquiry under the Commission of Enquiry Act,1952 be constituted to identify the coloniers,builders,promoters, politicians and officers and employees of various Departments of Government or of local bodies and all those involved in illegal colonisation of places known as Ruchi Vihar, Andheriya Mor, Rama Vohar, Budhh Vihar and others as mentioned in the report of Soma Ram Sharma Committee constituted by Delhi Government vide Notification No. F.11/50/4/LA/252 dated 18.3.1994 and suggest punitive and remedial action against those involved and also steps to check illegal colonisation."
