“DSSSB has advertised that they are in the process of recruitment of teachers in Directorate of Education; Considering the various directions issued by the Hon’ble Minister of Education to the Chief Secretary and Education Directorate; and Considering the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s judgements in the matter of SLPC No.3159/2015 and No.32008/2013; This House resolves that the current recruitment process be put on hold till the Directorate of Education formulates a policy for giving due weightage to Guest Teachers based on their working in Delhi Government Schools.”
