“The Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in its sitting held on 27 March 2018 resolves: That the Government should immediately introduce suitable legislation by amending the Indian Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, POCSO and other related laws to provide for strictest punishment for the persons indulging in stalking and the offence of stalking should be made a non-bailable offence; This House also resolves that the proposed legislation should prescribe death sentence for rapists where the victim is a minor below 12 years of age.”
