“This House resolves that as per the policies framed by Late smt. Indira Gandhi in 1976, all unauthorised colonies in the NCT of Delhi be regularised and basic amenities provided therein and that with a view to accelerate the process of their regularisation a High Powered Committee be constituted which may include top officers of all departments and legal experts.”
