 “The Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi, in its sitting held in Delhi on 13
March, 2020, resolves:
Taking note of the fact that the Parliament of India has recently made certain
amendments to the Citizenship Act, 1955 through CAA which was assented to by
Hon’ble President of India on 12 December, 2019,
Taking further note of the fact that the exercise for updating National Population
Register (NPR) is going to start very soon vide which data on 9 new points are
proposed to be obtained,

“Difficulties faced by poor people especially women on demolition of 04 big toilet blocks built by the Delhi Govt. in Wazirpur, Delhi”.

“Situation arising on account of increase in serious crimes and deteriorating circumstances of women security in Delhi"

“Financial loss to Union Government Exchequer and Public due to a private company and no inquiry being conducted by Union Government in this regard”

"Alleged corruption and crony capitalism involving the Union Government and BJP MP"

"Unprecedented situation in Delhi where Central Government is misusing the Agencies like CBI & ED to destabilise the Government of Delhi by arresting the Chief Minister on frivolous grounds"

“Steps to improve law and order situation and women security in light of the recent gruesome death of a girl in Kanjhawala”

“Questionable role of Hon’ble Lt. Governor in election of Mayor after MCD elections, 2022”.
