"This House resolves that the Nursing Homes in Delhi be regularised as per the provisions of the Delhi Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1953 strictly on the basis of health standards and D.D.A. and Central Government should remove obstacles in the regularisation af Nursing Homes in Delhi."

"This House resolves that a judicial enquiry under the Commission of Enquiry Act,1952 be constituted to identify the coloniers,builders,promoters, politicians and officers and employees of various Departments of Government or of local bodies and all those involved in illegal colonisation of places known as Ruchi Vihar, Andheriya Mor, Rama Vohar, Budhh Vihar and others as mentioned in the report of Soma Ram Sharma Committee constituted by Delhi Government vide Notification No.

"This House recommends to the Government of India that recommendations made regarding Delhi Rent Bill, 1995 in the report drafted by representatives of different political parties be favourably considered to reconcile the rights of landlords and the claims of tenents."

"That the remaining days sittings of the current session be held from 1.00 PM to 6.00 PM instead ef 2.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M as at present."

"This House strongly opposes the move/the Union Government to impose a massive cut of Rs.374 crore from the sanctioned Annual Plan Budget of Delhi and also resolves that the Leader of the House, Shri Madan Lal Khurana alongwith Leader of Opposition Shri Jag Parvesh Chandra and Leader of the Janata Dal Legislature Party Shri Ramvir Singh Bidhuri would collectively approach the concerned Ministries of Government of India to impress upon them that such /reduction in Annual Plan Budget being unwarranted, the status quo bo immediately restored"

"That this House recommends that the Dunkel proposal should not be accepted by the Government of India as it is against the interests of the Nation and would adversely affect the masses."
