"This House notes with concern that CBI is dragging its feet on the allegations made against Smt.Tajdar Babar a Member of this House in the Jain Hawala case. This House further notes with regret that in the Jain Hawala case, Shri S.K.Jain in his statement D tto the police recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has specifi- cally accused Smt.Tajdar Babar of having accepted a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) at a time when she was Deputy Chairman of Metropolitan Council, Delhi, and was thus holding a public office. This House demands that the CBI complete its investigations against St.

"This House demands that for purposes of rehabilitating jhuggi clusters of Delhi, the Contral Government/D.D.A. should make available land to the Government of Delhi. The putting up of new jhuggi be made congnizable offence and till land becomes available no old jhuggi be demolished?
