“This House resolves that the local area development fund allotted to the Members of Assembly be enhanced to four crores from two crores per annum in view of the soaring price rise and increase in the cost of materials meant for the development works”

This House resolves that for more effective and appropriate administration in Delhi Law & Order, Police and Land be brought under Delhi Government with immediate effect”

“This House resolves that in order to make local bodies of Delhi more competent and effective, Mayor-in-Council System be implemented for making MCD more result oriented, so that aim for Delhi as a world class beautiful city is achieved”

“This House resolves that Government of India be requested to make amendments in master plan 2021 in such a manner so that all the shopkeepers, who are working even today in residential area are regularized. This House further resolves that any commercial activity which is going on in residential areas be also regularized”

“This House resolves that an immediate plan be prepared and implemented in a time bound manner for cleaning all small and big drains including river Yamuna pollution free.”

“This House resolves that M.C.D be dissolved and divided into five parts so that more effective and time bound services of M.C.D could be made available to the citizen of Delhi.”

“This House resolves that on the occasion of 150th anniversary of 1857 revolution, historical heritage of Delhi be restored and a special monument be created in the memory of the warriors of the first freedom struggle”

“This House resolves that keeping in view the requirements of the people of Delhi, the Delhi Government recommends to the Government of India that demolition may be stopped with immediate effect and regularize the shops and commercial units running in the residential areas of Delhi. This House also recommends the following:
(i) for the better development of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority may be brought under the control of Delhi Govt.
(ii) till an alternative arrangement is provided to Rehri Patriwala they should not be removed.
(iii) while making Master Plan elected representatives of Delhi may be taken into confidence”

“This House resolves that taking into consideration the important role of DISCOMs in the lives of Delhiites, all the DISCOMs should be brought under the Right to Information Act and their accounts should be subject to audit by Delhi Govt.”

“This House resolves that in order to meet the needs of the growing population, the health facilities and infrastructure should be strengthened, upgraded & decentralized.”

“ This House resolves that rural status of the villages should not be altered and those villages which were declared as urbanized be restored in the category of villages and simultaneously be exempted from house tax and building byelaws”

“This House resolves that the Jhuggi Basties in Delhi may not be demolished till the alternative arrangement is provided to them.”

“This House resolves that the farmers whose land have been acquired by the Government may be given employment to one of their family members by the Delhi Government or Government Undertaking. This House further resolves that the compensation of acquired land to be given by the Government may also be doubled.”

“This House resolves that accredited journalists of Delhi be provided with plots/flats for residential purposes.”

“This House resolves that the financial assistance to disabled persons be increased from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 5000. This House further resolves that monthly pension to senior citizens be increased from Rs. 350 to Rs. 500 per month and pension should also be given to widows @ Rs. 500 per month.”

“This House resolves that the recently installed imported electricity meters should be immediately replaced with Indian made meters so that relief is provided to the people of Delhi who are suffering due to the fast running meters.”

“ This House resolves that all the villages in Delhi be exempted from the purview of building bye-laws”

“This House resolves that the MLA Constituency Development Fund be allowed to be spent on the unauthorized colonies which have come up in private land of villages and these areas be placed in the H category for the purposes of property tax.

“This House resolves that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi be trifurcated for the benefit of people of Delhi.”

“This House resolves that all those residents and shopkeepers who are displaced due to the Metro Rail work, should be provided adequate monetary compensation and alternative space. The compensation should be given to the actual occupants.”;
