“This House resolves that in every constituency, an officer be posted as co-ordinator and to begin with, the Circle Food & Supplies officer be designated as such and a suitable space be provided to every Member of the Legislative Assembly to listen and redress the grievance of public in the morning hours.”

“This House resolves that with a view to prevent illness and physical injury of people in various occupational groups, the health services be strengthened because the neglect of their health, security and welfare creates a serious negative impact on economy and development.”

“This House resolves that with a view to reward and motivate the brilliant and meritorious students of Secondary and Senior Secondary level, the Government should launch a scheme without taking into account the basis of class, religion and caste, meritorious students of all categories may also be included in this scholarship scheme only on the basis of eligibility without any discrimination, to: (i) provide adequate incentive/scholarship; and (ii) fund their higher education if they go in for it notwithstanding the income of their parents/guardians.”

“This House recommends that the next election in Delhi be held on the basis of voters’ photo identity cards and that the same be conducted with the help of electronic voting machines and such voters who fail to get themselves photographed or fail to collect their identity cards, may be presumed that they do not exist and their names be deleted from the voting list.”

“This House recommends where any property in rural and urbanised village is in exclusive occupation of its original owner or his dependants/successors, the same be exempted from payment of property tax.”

Hon’ble Chief Minister replied. Resolution was withdrawn. However, after ruling of Hon’ble Speaker, it was moved with change. Amended Resolution was put to voted and adopted.

“This House resolves that Sports facilities of international standard including a Cricket Stadium be provided in Yamuna Sports Complex and the Yamuna sports complex as well as Tahirpur sports complex be transferred from DDA to Government of NCT of Delhi.”

“This House recommends that the present compensation amount of land which was fixed at the rate of Rs. 4.65 lacs per acre in the year 1990 be increased at the rate of 15% per year and the revised rate of compensation be fixed accordingly.
That one adult member of the Family of the person whose land has been acquired be provided employment as per qualification in the Government Department or Public Undertaking whose office is located on the land.
That is the land is held jointly then each member be allotted a residential and industrial plot.”

“This House recommends to the Government of India that recommendations made regarding Delhi Rent Bill, 1995 in the report drafted by representatives of different political parties be favourably considered to reconcile the rights of landlords and claims of tenants.”
