82 6th 24-03-1995 Shri Hari Krishan

“This House recommends to the Govt. of India that all the lease-hold properties situated in Delhi be converted into free-hold by charging a maximum of 10 times of the lease amount.”

Resolution was unanimously passed.
83 6th 24-03-1995 Ch. Fateh Singh

“That this House demands that formal orders of regularising 1953 unauthorised colonies be issued by Govt. of India immediately.”

Hon’ble Chief Minister replied and Amended Resolution was adopted on 11/08/1995.

“ Whereas in the absence of a fully empowered Legislative Assembly, the citizens of Delhi are deprived of their basic right of enacting necessary Legislation to meet their social and economic need through their elected representative.
Whereas they are also deprived of an effective voice in vital matters like Land, Police, control over services, Finance etc.
Therefore, this House strongly recommends to the Central Government that Delhi be granted Statehood to safeguard the interest of the people in general.”

Hon’ble Chief Minister replied. Resolution was put to vote and adopted.
85 2nd 08-04-1994 Km. Purnima Sethi

“This House resolves that the existing Outer Ring Road in Delhi be named as Dr. K.B. Hedgewar Marg ‘to commemorate the dedicated services of the founder of R.S.S. Dr. K.B. Hedgewar, who worked for inculcating patriotism amongst youth and for the upliftment of the weaker sections of society.”

Resolution was adopted.
86 2nd 25-03-1994 Dr. A.K. Walia

“That this House recommends that a new hospital may be built either in Geeta Colony or Vishwas Nagar Constituency on a site earmarked for the hospital near Hans Apartments.”

Amended Resolution was put to vote and adopted.
87 2nd 25-03-1994 Prof. P.K. Chandla

“That this House resolves that the Government of Delhi should take effective steps to check the menace of stray cattles on roads, parks and Gardens of Delhi and stray animals catching department be streamlined and provided more vehicles and stray cattles be not killed instead arrangements be made to keep them away from thickly populated areas.”

Amended Resolution was put to vote and adopted.

“That this House expresses its concern about the large scale encroachment and unauthorised construction of multi-storied commercial and residential buildings in Delhi and urges upon the Government to check such types of illegal constructions and legal actions be taken against such builders who indulge in such illegal construction and Government should conduct a survey of such illegal constructions.”

Hon’ble Minister of Development intervened . Amended Resolution was put to vote and adopted.

“That this House recommends that for Proper Physical development of the youth, a gymnasium equipped with all facilities be established in Gulabi Bagh Area.”

Resolution was unanimously passed.
90 2nd 18-03-1994 Shri Nand Kishore Garg

“That this House recommends to the Central Government that the area of Kashmir which is under illegal occupation of Pakistan should be got liberated and it may be merged with the rest of India, and 92 temples which were demolished during 1986-93 be reconstructed and also recommends that article 370 be repealed and also arrangements be made to repatriate about 3.5 lakhs Kashmiri migrants.”

Hon’ble Minister of Health intervened . Amended Resolution was put to vote and adopted.

“This House resolves that the flyover and under bridge be constructed at Azad Market area

Resolution was unanimously passed.
92 1st 24-12-1993 Dr. A.K. Walia

“This House resolves that any Jhuggi-Jhonpri cluster which is shifted should be provided with alternative site free of cost and grant of financial aid be also given to them.”

Hon’ble Minister of Development replied . Amended Resolution was put to vote and adopted.
