“This House resolves that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi be trifurcated for the benefit of people of Delhi.”

“This House resolves that to ensure adequate water for our future generations, water harvesting and water conservation policies should be strictly enforced.”

“This House resolves that all those residents and shopkeepers who are displaced due to the Metro Rail work, should be provided adequate monetary compensation and alternative space. The compensation should be given to the actual occupants.”;

“This House resolves that the amount deposited by various departments (viz. Jal Board, NDPL, BSES, MTNL and IGL) under ‘R.R.Cut’ Head in the MCD; be spent on ‘R.R.Cut’ only and this amount be not spent in any other Head and provisions be made in the Rules to punish the officers found guilty for doing so.
This House also resolves that on recommendation of the MLA’s, permission be granted to spent the amount deposited under ‘R.R.Cut’ Head on other development works.”

“This House resolves that the inhabitants of all the rehabilitation colonies of Delhi be granted ownership rights with immediate effect.”

“This House resolves that all unauthorized colonies be regularized on ‘as is where is’ basis & as per previous regularization process and funds be made available for providing all development facilities to get rid of their miserable conditions”.

“This House resolves that the Unauthorized colonies be regularized without delay and all required basic amenities be provided in these colonies to provide relief to 40 lac inhabitants from sub-standard life.”

“This House resolves that ‘Delhi Health & Hospitals Regulatory Authority’ be constituted to ensure the Government & Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes more responsible towards the people”.

“That this House resolves to stop adulteration of Milk, Food articles, Medicines, and all eatable in Delhi and to make strict penalties for this purpose.”
