“The Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi having its sitting in Delhi on 27 November 2018: Taking into consideration the fact that lakhs of names have been deleted from the voter list in Delhi. There have been instances where person staying at the same address or in the same locality has been deleted from the voter list without any due procedure. The officers of Chief Electoral Office (CEO), GNCT of Delhi have suo-moto deleted thousands of voters in each Assembly Constituency of Delhi without following the prescribed procedure or due process of law.

“The Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi, having its sitting on 26 November 2018 : Taking note of the negative consequences of the anti-employee National Pension System (NPS) that is imposed on the Government Servants by the then NDA Government in 2004 and sustained by the UPA-I, UPA-II and NDA-II Governments, Given the fact that, unlike the old pension scheme, the NPS :

“The Members of this Legislative Assembly of NCT of Delhi, having been rightly and repeatedly confronted in their interactions with general public, public spirited individuals and organisations regarding the deficiencies in providing public services in NCT of Delhi; Upon learning that there are huge number of vacancies in various levels in all sectors of governance in NCT of Delhi – including in professional, technical and administrative positions such as teaching, non-teaching, medical, engineering, school/college/hospital administration, general administration etc.

“The Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in its sitting held on 27 March 2018 resolves: That the Government should immediately introduce suitable legislation by amending the Indian Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, POCSO and other related laws to provide for strictest punishment for the persons indulging in stalking and the offence of stalking should be made a non-bailable offence; This House also resolves that the proposed legislation should prescribe death sentence for rapists where the victim is a minor below 12 years of age.”
