"""This House resolves that such jhuggi-jhompris which were in existence prior to 1-1-90 may not be shifted or demolished until, as per policy of Government of India, arrangements are made for providing alternative accommodation to them. Accommodation also be provided to such jhuggis which have been removed after November, 1993 wihout providing alternative accommodation.. The House further resolves that such residential houses, which according to the survey, were in existence as on 31st March, 1993 and which were not on any Government land, roads, streets, berms etc.
