“The Legislative Assembly of National Capital Territory of Delhi in its sitting held on 03.12.2019 resolves: That this House in its sitting on 03 Dec 2019 resolves That the CAG in its Audit Report for the year ended 31st March, 2018 has certified that the Delhi Government has maintained a revenue surplus for the last 5 years, even as the Centre has reduced its grantsin-aid to the city administration by around 23%. That the CAG has noted that the tax revenue has increased by 14.7% and non-tax revenue has increased by 101.05%.
