“This House resolves that with a view to reward and motivate the brilliant and meritorious students of Secondary and Senior Secondary level, the Government should launch a scheme without taking into account the basis of class, religion and caste, meritorious students of all categories may also be included in this scholarship scheme only on the basis of eligibility without any discrimination, to: (i) provide adequate incentive/scholarship; and (ii) fund their higher education if they go in for it notwithstanding the income of their parents/guardians.”

“This House resolves that as per the policies framed by Late smt. Indira Gandhi in 1976, all unauthorised colonies in the NCT of Delhi be regularised and basic amenities provided therein and that with a view to accelerate the process of their regularisation a High Powered Committee be constituted which may include top officers of all departments and legal experts.”

“This House resolves that in order to make the River Yamuna free of pollution, an immediate plan be prepared and the same be implemented within time bound period.”

“This House resolves that a separate Board be constituted with a view to ensure proper development of Resettlement Colonies and to provide them basic amenities.”

"That this House resolves that the Ex-members of Delhi Vidhan Sabha, erstwhile Metropolitan Council and erstwhile Vidhan Sabha (1952-57) be provided with all the facilities of Medical & Travelling Allowance and pension etc."

"That this House resolves that all unauthorized colonies be regularized with immediate effect with the provision of utilization of the M.L.A. constituency development fund for the execution of development work in these colonies."

"That this House resolves that keeping in view the rising prices and cost escalation of the M.L.A.'s constituency Development fund be enhanced from two to four crores of rupees."

“That this House resolves that keeping in view the rise in price of building material and cost of labour, MLA fund be increased from the two crores to four crores.”

"This House resolves that minimum 50 sittings of the Assembly be convened during a year and minimum duration of a Session should be two weeks".

"This House resolves that next Election of Delhi Legislative Assembly be held on the basis of new delimitation proposals notified by Delimitation Commission of India, so that equal expenditure be incurred for developmental works and also equal facilities be made available in all Assembly Constituencies".
