“This House resolves that the Delhi Development Authority be brought under the control of the Government of Delhi and a separate Housing Board also be constituted under Government of Delhi.”

“This House resolves that in order to give effect to their constitutional rights all children up to the age of 14 years should be provided free and compulsory education.”

“This House resolves that keeping in view the ensuing rainy season, provision be made to spend money from MLA Fund for the purpose of draining out the rainy and dirty water from all the unauthorised colonies of the Capital.”

“This House resolves that out of the three representative Directors of Delhi Government in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, at least one Director may be a member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly to be nominated by the Speaker.”

“This House resolves that registration of all marriages be made compulsory with a view to empowering women, according them proper respect in society and protecting their exploitation.”

“This House resolves that with a view to ensure free and fair poll, the next Assembly election in Delhi may be held on the basis of photo-identity card so that malpractices and irregularities in the pollprocess are done away with and the process of preparation of identity card can be completed within a year.”

“This House resolves that as and when the Government allots alternative plots to the poor people residing in Jhuggi Jhopris, it should be ensured that basic facilities and civic amenities such as drinking water, roads, hospitals, toilets and rainage system are made available to them in advance."

“This House resolves that ramps etc. be constructed in all Offices and building of Delhi Government so that the disabled persons do not face any difficulty while visiting these places for redressal of their grievances.”

“This House resolves that before privatisation of the distribution system of Delhi Vidyut Board the total cost evaluation of the system and land etc should be on the basis of its existing value.”

“This House strongly condemns the attempt made to distort the history of the country and resolves to support the implementation of secular education policy based on the provision of our Constitution.
This House also recommends that at Page 328 of 11th class NCERT curriculum Book ‘Madhyakalin Bharat’ under the heading ‘Sikh’, appropriate amendment may be made and objectionable portions about Shri Teg Bahadur Ji be removed.
