“This House recommends to the Government of India that recommendations made regarding Delhi Rent Bill, 1995 in the report drafted by representatives of different political parties be favourably considered to reconcile the rights of landlords and claims of tenants.”

“This House resolves that all internal and external civic amenities be provided to the Group Housing Societies situated in all parts of Delhi as per the terms and conditions made at the time of allotment of land and this may be the ensured that problems pertaining to the internal civic amenities are disposed off on priority basis by the Govt. and other allied agencies.”

“This House resolves that 1/3rd of the Budget of Delhi be allocated for East Delhi for its proper development since 1/3rd population of Delhi resides here and separate account therefore be maintained.”

“This House recommends to the Govt. of India that all the lease-hold properties situated in Delhi be converted into free-hold by charging a maximum of 10 times of the lease amount.”

“That this House recommends to the Government of India that by amending laws and bye-laws, a provision be made to allow construction of one additional floor in all the buildings situated in Delhi.”

“ Whereas in the absence of a fully empowered Legislative Assembly, the citizens of Delhi are deprived of their basic right of enacting necessary Legislation to meet their social and economic need through their elected representative.
Whereas they are also deprived of an effective voice in vital matters like Land, Police, control over services, Finance etc.
Therefore, this House strongly recommends to the Central Government that Delhi be granted Statehood to safeguard the interest of the people in general.”

“This House resolves that the existing Outer Ring Road in Delhi be named as Dr. K.B. Hedgewar Marg ‘to commemorate the dedicated services of the founder of R.S.S. Dr. K.B. Hedgewar, who worked for inculcating patriotism amongst youth and for the upliftment of the weaker sections of society.”

“That this House resolves that the Government of Delhi should take effective steps to check the menace of stray cattles on roads, parks and Gardens of Delhi and stray animals catching department be streamlined and provided more vehicles and stray cattles be not killed instead arrangements be made to keep them away from thickly populated areas.”
