“That this House recommends to the Central Government that the area of Kashmir which is under illegal occupation of Pakistan should be got liberated and it may be merged with the rest of India, and 92 temples which were demolished during 1986-93 be reconstructed and also recommends that article 370 be repealed and also arrangements be made to repatriate about 3.5 lakhs Kashmiri migrants.”

The House expresses its deep concern over the delay in the grant of statehood to the people of Delhi. In order to provide more effective administration and to save the people from multiplicity of authority causing delays and harassment to citizens the proposal for grant of Delhi’s Statehood be finalized at the earliest.”

It further resolves that through this legislation an end should be put to attempts being made to project them as objects of desire in the publications, electronic media and advertisements.”
